Lone Pine Property Management was established after our family moved back to our tribal territory and learned about the significant need for quality housing in our communities. We recognized an opportunity to use our experience to help property owners care for their investments while providing safe, well-maintained homes for tenants.

Operated by Stone Ventures LLC, we have years of experience fully managing short-term rentals, including guest communications, reservations, property maintenance, cleaning coordination, and day-to-day operations.

We have a large list of trusted partners for all the needs one might experience as a property owner. If you need a handyman, plumber, electrician, or you name it, we probably know a guy. This is one of the benefits of being a partner with us.

Today, we provide property management services throughout Oregon but primarily in Lane County, including Eugene, Springfield, Veneta, Cottage Grove. After more than 17 years, we continue to serve happy tenants, happy owners, and manage many beautiful properties.
